Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Derimod account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return request confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
